What data, and why?

When you write to us through the contact form: your first name, surname, phone or email, the dates and number of guests for your stay, and your message. They are only used to reply to you and, if you book, to organise your visit. Your request is what allows us to use them.

Who sees it?

Only Giles and Fi. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties. The website is hosted by Mediaforyk on servers located in France.

How long is it kept?

Three years after our last exchange, then it is deleted.

In your browser

The website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. The form keeps your answers in your browser for 7 days, so nothing is lost if you leave the page before sending; the “Clear my answers” button deletes them at any time. The map on the Contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us through the contact form. If you feel your rights are not respected, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
